When individuals receive the diagnosis of something as life-changing as a brain tumour, they can often feel lost, alone and isolated.
Help and support is out there, and I have received valuable information from a number of charities along each step of my journey.
The effects of brain tumours can be far reaching, and in my case, I suffered from numerous ones, from hearing loss, facial palsy, fatigue… Each and every one of them can have an impact on everyday life, and that’s why it is important to find support.
With this in mind, I have put together a list of charities/resources that have provided me with valuable information in some way. I hope that this will help others, and if you know of any other charities or organisations that should feature on this list, please let me know by completing the contact form.
