Resilience, challenge and performing when things don’t go to plan

Sara shares her experiences of adversity, adventure and recovery to inspire individuals and organisations to think differently about challenge, resilience and what is possible.

Following a life-changing brain tumour diagnosis and major brain surgery, Sara rebuilt her life through recovery, endurance sport, expedition challenges and a new career supporting others as a medic and trainer.

Her talks combine lived experience with practical lessons from medicine, adventure and operating in challenging environments.

Sara has delivered talks and workshops for schools, community groups, businesses and organisations, adapting her approach for different audiences.
