In need of a fitness goal? This virtual event is being held to raise funds for the Beyond Recovery project which, in June 2024, aims to take a group of brain tumour survivors, left with life-changing side effects from their tumours and treatments, to climb Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in the Atlas mountains at 4,167m. By taking part, you will be supporting this expedition and the positive impact it will have on these individuals. You can complete the challenge in one go, or you can break it up over the 3 days. Run or walk any route you like.* During this time, Sara, and a group of Beyond Recovery supporters, will be running 100 miles across the country along the Hadrian’s Wall trail to raise funds in order to support this important, and much-needed project. They also aim to raise awareness of brain tumours and the hidden disabilities (and other issues) they cause. Simply record your mileage using Garmin, Strava or similar, and send proof (a screenshot etc.) along with your name and address to info@thebeyondrecoveryproject.org. Once this has been received your medal will be posted**. Your support will help to improve many lives.
